The Crown Plaza exceeded my expectations with its big, clean, well-decorated rooms and extremely professional and cordial staff. However, the room could use some extra sparkle to match a 5-star experience. The next time I visit, I will definitely choose to stay here after a long day of work.

The rooms are spacious, with a desk, bath, and shower, offering a great view. Everything I wanted was there, but a little more sparkle wouldn't hurt.

The staff did remarkable cooperation with me, especially the Canadian, Moroccan, and Mexican team members. Their service for room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, shuttle service, paid shuttle service, welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour was exceptional.

The location, although not close to the bed, is excellent. It's situated in a downtown area I love to revisit. Plus, amenities like easy access to halal food and proximity to tourist markets and the Canton Fair via a shuttle bus make it even better.

The dining experience here is excellent, offering a wide range of international options with a good mix of Continental and Chinese cuisine. The only downside was that it felt a bit overbearing at times.
